Course Description:
Basically flat with one challenging hill. USATF certified and sanctioned. Run mostly along the last leg of the famed Mill Cities Relay course. From Essex St proceed west to left on Broadway (Rte 28) to right on Water St. At 1.85 miles go right onto Cypress Ave (the Hill) then left onto Lowell St. and left on Water Street. Cross over Broadway (Rte 28) to Canal St. then left on Essex St. and left on Amesbury St. to the finish.

Age Groups: Overall male and female, Top three in the following divisions 18 & under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
T-Shirts: Terrific t-shirts to the first 300 entries. You are encouraged to enter early to receive a t-shirt. Must be postmarked by March 1 to guarantee prefered t-shirt size.
Finisher Medal: Each particpant will receive a finisher medal. The medals from the three Wild Rover Series races (Frozen Shamrock 3-Miler, Claddagh Pub 4-Miler and Hynes 5-Miler) will fit together to form a larger series medal -- really cool!

Post Race Celebration: Awards and post–race celebration will be held immediately following the race at the Claddagh Pub. The party will include live entertainment, food and refreshments.
